Full Time- Operations Manager ( Retail)

Manage day\-to\-day warehouse and inventory operations Maintain stock accuracy and coordinate replenishment across locations Supervise order preparation, quality control and packing Oversee operational support for branches and pop\-up locations Manage stock transfers, supplier coordination and logistics Recruit, train and manage warehouse/operations teams Develop and enforce SOPs and operational standards Monitor operational KPIs, reduce costs and improve efficiency Support sales growth through better stock availability and fulfilment Requirements: 3\+ years of experience in operations, warehouse, retail or e\-commerce logistics management Experience managing teams and multiple locations Strong inventory management and organizational skills Shopify experience is an advantage Odoo experience is a plus Strong communication skills in English \& Arabic Sales\-minded, detail\-oriented and process\-driven Email: \-mention Pay: From KD700\.000 per hour Language: * Arabic (Preferred) Work Location: In person
