Restaurant Supervisor

The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise and motivate staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of service, quality, and efficiency. Job Location: Saudi Arabia Key Accountabilities • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards. • Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally. • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and quality service. • Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and support cost-control initiatives. • Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage. • Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and brand standards. • Support sales targets, promotions, and upselling activities. We Are Looking For: • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. • At least 3 years of restaurant experience , including 1 2 years in a supervisory role . • Experience in casual dining restaurants is required; experience in well-known restaurant chains is a plus. • Good command of English. • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. • Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and food safety standards. • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
