RESTAURANT CASHIER

Job Summary Platinum Diet is looking for a friendly, responsible, and organized **Cashier** to join our team. The cashier will be responsible for handling customer orders and payments, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring customers receive accurate and professional service. Key Responsibilities * Receive and process customer orders accurately. * Handle cash, card, and online payments. * Operate the POS/cashier system correctly. * Answer phone and WhatsApp customer inquiries and orders. * Coordinate orders with the kitchen and delivery team. * Check every order before handing it to the customer or delivery driver. * Handle Talabat and other delivery\-platform orders. * Provide customers with information about meals, offers, and packages. * Handle customer questions and complaints professionally. * Maintain accurate cash records and complete end\-of\-shift cash reconciliation. * Keep the cashier and front counter area clean and organized. * Report order issues, payment discrepancies, or customer complaints to management. * Follow Platinum Diet's service, hygiene, and operational standards. Requirements * Previous cashier or restaurant experience is preferred. * Good communication and customer\-service skills. * Basic computer and POS system knowledge. * Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. * Ability to work under pressure during busy periods. * Accurate and responsible when handling money. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. * Experience with Talabat or other food\-delivery platforms is an advantage.
