Restaurant Manager – New European QSR Brand

We are hiring a **Restaurant Manager** for the launch of a new European quick\-service restaurant brand in Qatar. We are looking for an experienced, hands\-on manager who can lead the opening team, maintain high operational standards, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast\-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** * Manage day\-to\-day restaurant operations * Lead, train, and motivate the team * Prepare staff schedules and manage shifts * Maintain food quality, hygiene, and service standards * Control inventory, wastage, and food cost * Handle customer concerns professionally * Manage opening and closing procedures * Monitor sales and operational performance * Ensure compliance with company SOPs and Qatar regulations **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in QSR or fast\-casual dining * Strong leadership and communication skills * Good understanding of food cost, inventory, and restaurant operations * Ability to work under pressure * Qatar or GCC experience is preferred * Experience with restaurant openings is an advantage * Available to work flexible shifts **How to Apply:** Apply through Indeed with your updated CV. **Video CVs are encouraged.** You may submit a 30–60 second introduction covering your experience, current position, and why you would like to join our opening team.
