Representative-Call Center

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency. • Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding products, services, and policies to resolve customer issues. • Troubleshoot technical problems or service disruptions, guiding customers through resolution steps or escalating complex issues. • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and other transactions accurately and in a timely manner. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within customer service, call center, contact center or a customer-facing environment. • Previous experience within the banking or financial services sector would be an advantage. • Experience handling customer inquiries, requests and complaints through telephone or other customer-contact channels. • Exposure to promoting or cross-selling products and services based on identified customer needs. • Experience working in a service-driven environment with defined quality and performance standards.
