Rent A Car Driver

Drive rental vehicles for customer pick-up, drop-off, delivery, and recovery. • Transfer vehicles between branches, garages, and customer locations. • Ensure vehicles are clean, fuelled, and ready for rental. • Report accidents, vehicle damage, or mechanical issues immediately. • Follow UAE traffic regulations and company safety policies. • Assist with vehicle inspections and damage reporting. • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, cleaning, and servicing. Customer Service & Administration • Prepare and verify rental agreements, delivery notes, and vehicle condition reports. • Update vehicle status in the rental management system. • Handle customer enquiries and assist with basic booking coordination. • Collect customer documents as per company policy. • Maintain daily vehicle movement records and operational logs. • Assist with basic billing, invoice preparation, and payment follow-ups when required. • Support fleet scheduling and daily operational planning. • Ensure compliance with RTA, insurance, and company procedures. Requirements • Previous experience as a driver or in Rent A Car operations. • Good knowledge of UAE roads, locations, and routes. • Basic computer knowledge, including email, Excel, and rental management systems. • Good communication skills in English. • Arabic language skills will be an advantage. • Customer-service-oriented attitude. • Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and damage reporting. • Ability to work under pressure and flexible working hours. • Experience in the luxury car rental industry is preferred. • Immediate joiners preferred.
