Job Summary The Driver will be responsible for delivering and collecting rental vehicles, transporting vehicles safely between locations, and ensuring that every customer receives a smooth, professional, and premium service experience that reflects Beno s standards. Key Responsibilities • Deliver and collect rental vehicles from / to customers. • Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for handover to customers. • Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each rental, documenting any existing damage or issues. • Complete vehicle handover and collection procedures accurately, including required documentation and photographs. • Drive responsibly and comply with UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies. • Coordinate with the rental operations team regarding vehicle availability, delivery schedules, and customer requirements. • Ensure timely deliveries and collections while maintaining excellent customer service. • Report accidents, vehicle damage, maintenance requirements, and any operational concerns immediately. • Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and uphold Beno s professional image at all times.
