Registrar ENT

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the ENT outpatient clinics, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care delivery. • Supervise junior medical staff, including residents and interns, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback in ENT procedures. • Perform complex diagnostic evaluations and surgical procedures for a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions. • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, staying abreast of the latest advancements in otolaryngology. • Possession of a Master's degree in Medicine (MBBS) or equivalent, with a specialization in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT). • Completion of a recognized ENT residency program with a strong clinical and surgical foundation. • Current and valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. • Minimum of 3-5 years of post-residency experience in a busy ENT department.
