Registered Nurse & Registered Assistant Nurse

• Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients at home. • Monitor patients’ health condition and vital signs. • Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as prescribed. • Assist with personal care, wound care, and other patient needs. • Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation. • Educate patients and caregivers on appropriate home-care practices. • Coordinate with doctors and the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. • Valid DHA/DOH/MOHAP license or eligibility as Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Assistant Nurse (RAN) . • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Nursing, as applicable. • Previous home healthcare experience is an advantage. • Good clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused. • Ability to work independently in a home-care setting.
