This is a full\-time position open in **Qatar** and the **UAE**. **What we're looking for** -------------------------- **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. * 6\+ years of experience in recruitment with a preference for engineering and manufacturing sectors. **Skills \& Competencies** * Management of the recruitment process for engineering and contracting roles to ensure efficient and timely hiring. * Development and execution of sourcing strategies to attract top talent for critical project requirements. * Collaboration with department heads and hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs. * Tracking of recruitment metrics to provide accurate updates on time to hire and candidate quality. * Maintenance of a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs across various technical roles. * Strong leadership and communication skills alongside high organizational abilities. * Proficiency in recruitment software and tools with extensive knowledge of local labor laws. * Professional fluency in English is required.
