Recruitment Coordinator (UAE National)

• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and communicate recruitment requirements to the outsourcing provider. • Receive and review CVs submitted by the outsourcing provider and share them with the concerned departments. • Follow up with departments on candidate feedback and shortlisting decisions. • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate interview feedback and selection results. • Initiate the onboarding process for selected candidates, including collecting and verifying required documents. • Review proposed salaries and employment details to ensure alignment with approved budgets and requirements. • Coordinate the necessary background checks, internal verifications, and approvals. • Liaise with the outsourcing provider to prepare and finalize commercial proposals. • Submit proposals to the concerned departments and follow up on the required approvals. • Monitor the recruitment and onboarding process until the candidate successfully joins. • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, documentation, and regular status updates. • UAE National. • Preferably female • Minimum Diploma qualification; Bachelor's Degree is an advantage. • Previous experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or administration is preferred but not mandatory. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Good command of English, both written and spoken, is essential. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requirements and follow-ups. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. • Ability to communicate professionally with different departments and external stakeholders. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of following up on tasks independently.
