Job description
Type: Full\-time, on\-site
We are hiring for Receptionist / Reservations Officer – Roushan Resort (Mirbat, Oman)
* Main Focus:
* Manage online booking platforms: Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, etc.
* Control availability, bookings, cancellations, and prevent overbookings
* Daily rate analysis \& dynamic pricing
* Create promotions and special offers
* Optimize listings (photos, descriptions, reviews, rankings)
* Other Duties:
* Guest check\-in/check\-out and inquiries
* Basic admin, cash handling, and coordination with hotel departments
* Requirements:
* 3\+ years experience in hotel reception/reservations
* Strong PMS, channel manager \& OTA knowledge
* Fluent English, Arabic as a big plus
