Job description
We are hiring for Receptionist / Reservations Officer – Roushan Resort (Mirbat, Oman)
Type: Full\-time, on\-site
Main Focus:
Manage online booking platforms: Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, etc.
Control availability, bookings, cancellations, and prevent overbookings
Daily rate analysis \& dynamic pricing
Create promotions and special offers
Optimize listings (photos, descriptions, reviews, rankings)
Other Duties:
Guest check\-in/check\-out and inquiries
Basic admin, cash handling, and coordination with hotel departments
Requirements:
3\+ years experience in hotel reception/reservations
Strong PMS, channel manager \& OTA knowledge
Fluent Arabic \& English
