Origin Fitness is looking for a professional, friendly, and well-presented Receptionist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for: • Welcoming and assisting guests, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner • Managing general inquiries • Handling appointments, bookings, and visitor coordination • Maintaining an organized and presentable reception area • Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations • Responding to guest requests and providing timely assistance • Ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for everyone visiting the company We're looking for someone who has: • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role • Experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment is a strong advantage • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A professional appearance and welcoming personality • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage • A proactive mindset with a strong focus on customer service At Origin Fitness, you'll be part of a collaborative team where your professionalism and commitment to service excellence contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests and visitors.
