WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR – CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Building & Construction Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing construction materials, tools, and equipment • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels; conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies • Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for material deliveries and urgent site requirements • Inspect incoming materials against delivery notes and purchase orders; report damages or shortages • Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to ensure safe, efficient storage and easy retrieval • Monitor stock levels of consumables and notify procurement before minimum levels are reached • Ensure proper handling and storage of materials in compliance with HSE standards • Maintain documentation: goods receipt notes, issue vouchers, material requisitions, and returns • Coordinate with logistics for inbound and outbound deliveries, including scheduling and offloading • Supervise warehouse helpers/laborers and enforce company procedures • MANDATORY: Proven warehouse management experience in the CONSTRUCTION industry (building materials, tools, site consumables) — candidates without construction warehouse experience will not be considered • MANDATORY: Prior work experience in Dubai, UAE • Knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, formwork, MEP items, finishing materials) • Strong inventory management skills; proficient in MS Excel and stock management systems • Good organizational and record-keeping abilities; detail-oriented • Physically fit and able to work in a construction warehouse environment • Valid UAE residence visa (transferable / with NOC) • Basic English communication (reading and writing for documentation) Salary: Based on experience and ability (negotiable for the right candidate)
