Real State Sales Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results\-oriented **Real Estate Sales Executive** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be **locally available in Bahrain**, possess strong sales and negotiation skills, and be passionate about helping clients find the right property solutions. Previous **real estate sales experience is a strong advantage**. Key Responsibilities * Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities. * Promote and sell residential, commercial, and investment properties. * Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate property information. * Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. * Negotiate property sales and leasing agreements to achieve successful transactions. * Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities. * Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records using CRM systems. * Coordinate with the marketing and administration teams to ensure a smooth client experience. Requirements * Currently residing in Bahrain. * Available to join immediately. * Proven experience in sales; **real estate sales experience is an advantage**. * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and customer\-focused. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software. * Valid Bahrain driving license and own vehicle are an advantage. * Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
