Real State Sales Representative

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven **Real Estate Sales Executive** to join our growing team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must be **locally available in Bahrain**, able to join immediately, and passionate about helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties. If you have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting. * Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. * Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed property information. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service. * Negotiate property sales and rental agreements to achieve successful transactions. * Follow up on inquiries and maintain an organized sales pipeline. * Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities. * Prepare and manage sales documentation and client records. * Work closely with the marketing team to promote property listings. * Achieve individual and team sales targets. Requirements * Must be **locally available in Bahrain**. * **Immediate joiners** are highly preferred. * Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role is preferred. * Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and customer\-focused. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
