Real Estate Sales Manager

Enzo Developers is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager with an established network of real estate brokers and brokerage firms across Dubai. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. You will activate broker relationships, present our developments to qualified buyers and convert opportunities into sales. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Build, deepen and activate relationships with leading Dubai brokers and brokerage firms. Keep channel partners fully informed on launches, inventory, pricing, payment plans, offers and project USPs. • Lead broker briefings, project presentations, meetings and site visits that generate qualified opportunities. • Meet broker-introduced clients, understand their requirements and recommend suitable units and payment options. • Present with confidence, handle objections, negotiate effectively and progress each opportunity through to closing. • Maintain disciplined follow-up and consistently achieve individual sales and revenue targets. THE PROFILE • A strong, active network of real estate brokers and brokerage companies across Dubai. • Proven Dubai real estate sales experience, ideally with a property developer. A demonstrable record of generating sales through brokers and channel partners. • Strong presentation, relationship-building, negotiation and closing capabilities. • Sound knowledge of Dubai's residential and off-plan property market. A polished, credible and persuasive client-facing presence. • Self-driven, commercially minded and highly target-oriented. Apply in confidence!
