Sales Manager

Sobha Realty is seeking ambitious, target-driven, and customer-focused individuals from industries such as Insurance, Banking, Mortgage, Automobile, Luxury Retail, Wealth Management, and other consultative sales backgrounds to join our growing Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a proven track record in sales who are passionate about the real estate industry and eager to work with one of the region's leading luxury real estate developers. • Develop and strengthen relationships with broker agencies, channel partners, and real estate brokerage firms to drive sales for Sobha Realty's off-plan residential projects. Identify, onboard, and manage a high-performing network of channel partners to maximize market reach and sales conversions. • Conduct regular broker engagement activities, project presentations, training sessions, and networking events to promote Sobha developments. • Drive sales generation through the broker and channel partner ecosystem while ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Build strategic partnerships with key brokerage houses and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and top-performing agents. • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, providing continuous support, product knowledge, marketing updates, and sales guidance. • Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience in any of the industries mentioned above. • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen. • Passion for sales and genuine interest in the real estate industry. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. • UAE experience is mandatory.
