Real Estate Sales Agent

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive with strong knowledge of the UAE property market and proven experience in property leasing. Location: Umm Al Quwain Roles & Responsibilities • Handle leasing of residential and commercial properties across the UAE. • Generate and develop new tenant leads through various sales channels. • Manage tenant inquiries and understand their property requirements. • Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants. • Follow up with prospective tenants and convert inquiries into successful leases. • Negotiate rental prices and leasing terms with tenants. • Prepare and coordinate tenancy-related documentation. • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants. • Maintain updated records of available properties, leads, viewings, and leasing transactions. • Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure smooth completion of leasing transactions. • Stay updated on UAE property market conditions, rental rates, and available properties. • Achieve assigned monthly and annual leasing targets. • Work independently and contribute to the overall sales and leasing objectives of the company. Requirements • 2–3 years of proven experience in UAE real estate sales/leasing. • Strong knowledge of the UAE property market. • Experience in dealing with tenants and closing leasing transactions. • Strong knowledge of Freehold and Non-Freehold areas. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strong client relationship and follow-up skills. • Target-oriented and able to work independently. • Any Bachelor's degree is preferred.
