Real Estate Private Equity Sales Consultant

Our client an AI-powered real estate technology company is looking to onboard professionals with prior background in Real Estate Private Equity Sales. As the selected professionals you will be required to sell the existing product to real estate private equity (REPE) funds and family offices. You ll be the main contact for client engagements from start to finish. This means selling the existing product and also shaping how it s tailored for each client. You ll work largely on your own and may lead whole engagements yourself. Key Responsibilities: • Open and lead conversations with REPE funds and family offices, and get to the bottom of their real problems. The aim is to understand the problem, not just sell a vision. • Sell the existing product and lead client discussions. • Gather client-specific requirements and changes, and turn them into clear, detailed specifications. • Work with the forward-deployed engineering team to build those changes for each client. • Manage the relationship between the client, the company and its engineering team. • Bring REPE expertise into the business, which has few people with that background today. Must-haves • 3 years of experience in real estate private equity or real estate investing, at associate level. • Experience in selling or business development. • Entrepreneurial and a self-starter, with a strong sense of ownership and comfortable leading on their own. • Confident in client-facing work and able to speak the language of REPE investors. Desired: • Previous experience at a startup, ideally in PropTech or a similar space (list of target companies to follow). • Experience working with product or engineering teams. This is an initial 6-12 months contract. Our client is looking for professionals currently based in the UK or the UAE.
