We are looking for motivated and professional Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. Job Description :- We are seeking enthusiastic, target-oriented Real Estate Agents who are passionate about property sales, rentals, and customer service. The successful candidates will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while building strong relationships with customers and property owners. This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for individuals who are motivated to grow their careers and increase their earnings through successful transactions. Key Responsibilities:- • Handle inquiries from clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties. • Promote residential and commercial properties across Ajman and other UAE locations. • Arrange property viewings and accompany clients during visits. • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, buyers, and tenants. • Generate new leads through networking, calls, social media, and other marketing activities. • Negotiate offers and rental terms between clients and property owners. • Prepare property listings and follow up with prospective clients. • Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service. • Work toward individual sales and rental targets. Requirements • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Strong interest in real estate sales and property rentals. • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset. • Ability to build client relationships and generate leads. • Knowledge of the Ajman property market is an advantage. • Previous real estate experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with sales experience may also apply. • A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage. • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic, Hindi, and Urdu are an advantage.
