Role & responsibilities Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process. Ensure implementation and adherence to defined quality standards and procedures. Conduct in-process and final product inspections as per specifications. Handle quality inspection, testing, measurement, and reporting activities. Maintain ISO IMS (9001, 14001, 45001) documentation, records, and procedures . Support internal, external, customer, and certification audits. Coordinate with production teams to identify and reduce defects. Prepare quality reports, inspection records, NCRs, and corrective action reports. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality issues and customer complaints. Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) . Ensure compliance with customer specifications and company quality standards. Monitor process and product quality trends and support continuous improvement. Maintain accurate quality records using MS Excel and ERP . Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues. Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures on the shop floor. 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer, Quality Executive, or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of quality control processes and inspection systems. Strong understanding of ISO IMS (9001, 14001, 45001) documentation and audit procedures . Practical knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and CAPA . Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team. Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
