QC Piping Inspector

Roles and Responsibilities : • Conduct quality control inspections of piping systems, equipment, and materials to ensure compliance with ASME standards. • Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and checklists for piping projects in accordance with company policies and industry regulations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and develop corrective actions to prevent defects or non-conformities. • Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors on QA/QC procedures, techniques, and best practices. Job Requirements : • 6-15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry as a QC Piping Inspector or similar role. • ASNT Level II certification in visual testing methods (VT) required; knowledge of other NDT methods an asset. • Strong understanding of ASME codes (e.g., B31.1) and ITP (Inspection Technology Program) software preferred.
