**Location:** Duqm, Sultanate of Oman **Mobilization:** January 2027 **Duration:** 16 months **Sector:** Renewable Energy / Construction Quality **About the Role** ------------------ SEGULA Technologies Middle East is seeking experienced **QA/QC Engineers** to manage construction\-quality surveillance for major renewable\-energy and power\-infrastructure projects in Oman. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Implement and monitor project QA/QC requirements. * Review and monitor **Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)**. * Participate in hold and witness\-point inspections. * Conduct quality surveillance of construction activities. * Manage and monitor NCRs. * Maintain quality registers and inspection records. * Review contractor quality documentation. * Monitor corrective and preventive actions. * Coordinate inspections with engineering and construction teams. * Support testing, completion and handover activities. * Prepare quality reports and maintain project records. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline. * **Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience.** * Strong construction/project quality experience. * Experience with renewable\-energy, power, infrastructure or major industrial projects preferred. * Strong knowledge of ITPs, NCR management and inspection processes. * **ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.** * Strong technical documentation and reporting skills. The client specifically requires 10\+ years of QA/QC experience, with ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred, covering ITPs, NCRs, surveillance and hold/witness points.
