QA/QC Engineer – Mechanical

• Mechanical Surveillance: Execute continuous quality inspections covering ductwork, chilled water piping, plumbing networks, drainage, and fire sprinklers. • WIR Inspections: Review, verify, and submit mechanical WIRs; escort consultant inspectors during site walkthroughs and clear punch points. • Testing Certification: Witness and formally certify hydrostatic pressure tests on pipes, duct leakage tests, and gravity drainage tests. • Material Inspections & NCRs: Inspect delivered mechanical equipment (MIRs), investigate causes of defects, and compile closeout records for NCRs. • Educational & Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (attested with MOFA); 5+ years QA/QC experience. • Required Industry & Project Background: 5–9 years in UAE MEP contracting QA/QC inspecting HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems on residential or commercial projects.
