Purchase Executive

• Handle end-to-end international procurement activities. • Source and develop overseas suppliers for mechanical, fabrication, steel, hydraulic, electrical, and industrial components. • Obtain quotations, evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules. • Prepare and manage purchase orders and supplier contracts. • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents for timely imports. • Manage import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents. • Ensure timely availability of materials to support production. • Build long-term relationships with global suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities. • Monitor supplier performance and implement cost-saving initiatives. • Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Stores, and Finance teams. • Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be given preference. • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory). • 2–5 years of experience in international procurement (Preferred). • Experience sourcing from global suppliers, preferably from China, Europe, India, or other international markets. • Strong knowledge of Incoterms, import/export procedures, shipping documentation, and international logistics. • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. • Experience in manufacturing, truck body fabrication, automotive, heavy engineering, or steel fabrication industries is preferred. • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.Strong communication and analytical skills
