About the Role We are looking for a qualified **Real Estate Evaluation Engineer** to conduct accurate property valuations, market analysis, and technical assessments for residential, commercial, and land assets across Oman. The role supports banks, developers, investors, and government entities with credible valuation reports in line with Omani regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. \*Property Valuation\*: Inspect and evaluate residential, commercial, industrial, and land properties in Muscat and other governorates. 2\. \*Market Research \& Analysis\*: Conduct market surveys, analyze transaction data, rental yields, and trends to support valuations. 3\. \*Technical Assessments\*: Review building condition, construction quality, age, utilities, and compliance with local building codes. 4\. \*Report Preparation\*: Prepare detailed valuation reports using RICS Red Book / IVS standards for banks, legal, and investment purposes. 5\. \*Client Coordination\*: Liaise with banks, developers, lawyers, and clients to collect documents, schedule site visits, and explain findings. 6\. \*Regulatory Compliance\*: Ensure all evaluations meet requirements of the Central Bank of Oman, Ministry of Housing, and Oman Real Estate Association guidelines. 7\. \*Database Maintenance\*: Maintain valuation records, comparables database, and GIS/mapping tools for future reference. **Requirements** 1\. \*Education\*: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Surveying, or related field. 2\. \*Experience\*: 1\-3 years in real estate valuation, property consulting, or quantity surveying. GCC/Oman experience preferred. 3\. \*Technical Skills\*: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, GIS, and valuation software. Knowledge of Odoo ERP or property management systems is a plus. 4\. \*Knowledge\*: Strong understanding of Muscat property market, land laws, building regulations, and valuation methodologies – Market, Cost, and Income Approach. 5\. \*Licensing\*: Valid Oman driving license for site visits. Ability to get MOH/OREA valuer registration is preferred. 6\. \*Skills\*: Excellent English and Arabic communication. Strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills. High integrity and confidentiality. **Preferred Qualities** \- Detail\-oriented and accurate with documentation \- Able to work independently and manage multiple valuations \- Comfortable with field work, site inspections, and client meetings \- Tech\-savvy with ERP, CRM, and digital reporting tools Pay: RO450\.000 \- RO550\.000 per month Work Location: In person
