Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Commercial Property Manager** to oversee the management of commercial properties, ensure tenant satisfaction, and optimize asset performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the company’s real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities * **Tenant relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns. * **Lease administration**: Manage lease agreements, renewals, and compliance with legal requirements. * **Property maintenance**: Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure facilities are well\-kept. * **Financial management**: Oversee rent collection, budgeting, and expense tracking. * **Market analysis**: Monitor real estate trends and provide insights for portfolio growth. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to Oman’s property laws and company policies. * **Reporting**: Prepare property performance reports for senior management. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. * 5–7 years of experience in commercial property management. * Strong knowledge of Oman’s property market and leasing regulations. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
