Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and experienced **Property Development Lead** to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery. The successful candidate will manage development initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects align with D\-Home’s vision and market demands. Key Responsibilities * **Project planning**: Lead feasibility studies, site assessments, and development strategies. * **Stakeholder management**: Collaborate with investors, contractors, and government authorities. * **Financial oversight**: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of projects. * **Design coordination**: Work with architects and engineers to ensure innovative and sustainable designs. * **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure adherence to Oman’s property laws, zoning, and environmental standards. * **Market analysis**: Monitor real estate trends and provide insights for strategic growth. * **Reporting**: Deliver project updates and performance reports to senior management. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration. * 7–10 years of experience in property development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of Oman’s real estate market and regulatory framework. * Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. * Proven track record of delivering large\-scale property projects.
