Property Consultant

• Actively prospect, qualify, and convert leads into off plan property sales • Present and pitch new TIER 1 developer projects (EMAAR, SOBHA, BINGATTI, etc) with confidence and clarity. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of HNI and NRI clients • Conduct property viewings, site visits, and developer presentations • Negotiate terms and guide clients through the full sales process from inquiry to booking • Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, developer launches, and payment plans • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM • 2–5 years of proven real estate sales experience in UAE real estate (off plan experience strongly preferred) • Demonstrated ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals independently • Strong understanding of off plan project structures, payment plans, and ROI conversations • Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil languages is preferred.
