Arabic content creation and localisation • Develop and maintain an Arabic content calendar aligned with business priorities, approved products, campaigns, and regional events. • Write, edit, and proofread Arabic content for websites, landing pages, social media, emails, brochures, presentations, video scripts, and educational materials. • Translate and adapt English content into clear, culturally appropriate Arabic while preserving financial terminology, risk disclosures, and the meaning of approved statements. • Work with Marketing, Compliance, product specialists, designers, and external agencies to deliver accurate, engaging content consistent with the Company s brand. • Coordinate Arabic video and multimedia production, including scripts, subtitles, interviews, and event coverage. • Monitor content performance and audience feedback, using insights to improve relevance, clarity, and engagement. Regional event planning and management • Plan and deliver regional conferences, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, sponsorship activations, and client events. • Manage the full event lifecycle, including objectives, budgets, timelines, venue selection, registrations, staffing, logistics, delivery, and post-event reporting. • Source and coordinate venues, event agencies, production suppliers, audiovisual providers, printers, caterers, and other vendors; manage quotations, deliverables, and invoices within approved budgets. • Oversee booth design and setup, branding, equipment, shipping, travel arrangements, event schedules, and on-site coordination. • Coordinate speakers and presentations, securing required internal approvals and applicable event permissions before delivery. • Ensure event lead collection, communications, and follow-up use approved consent, data-handling, and referral processes. • Evaluate attendance, engagement, qualified referrals, costs, vendor performance, and lessons learned. Measures of success • Compliant promotional activity, timely approvals, complete records, and appropriate escalation of issues. • High-quality client engagement, documented assessments, and eligible referrals through approved processes. • Accurate and engaging Arabic content delivered to schedule. • Well-executed events delivered within approved budgets and timelines. • Reliable reporting and measurable improvements in content, campaign, and event effectiveness. • Commercial objectives must remain consistent with client interests, appropriate product promotion, and regulatory obligations.
