Responsibility:
Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
Execution and Monitoring: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals. Monitor project progress, track performance, and implement changes as necessary. Manage risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on project outcomes.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Facilitate meetings, prepare reports, and communicate project expectations clearly. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Allocate resources efficiently and monitor utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational requirements. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Closure and Handover: Ensure all project deliverables are completed and formally accepted by stakeholders. Conduct project closure activities, including documentation and knowledge transfer.

Bachelor s degree in civil engineering (master s preferred). 10+ years experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in substation/infrastructure projects. Proven track record in managing EPC/turnkey substation projects. Strong knowledge of civil design, construction methodologies, and project management practices. . Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEEE, ASTM, ACI, etc.). . Strong leadership and team management skills. . Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strong leadership skills with ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE). Commitment to HSE compliance and ensuring a safe work environment.
