Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Lead the execution and delivery of high-end interior fit-out projects from award to handover while ensuring quality, budget, safety, and client satisfaction. Manage complete project lifecycle. Prepare project execution plans and schedules. Monitor cost, quality and project progress. Coordinate Design, Procurement, Joinery Factory and Site teams. Lead client and consultant meetings. Ensure HSE and QA/QC compliance. Manage project risks, claims and variations. Deliver projects within budget and timeline. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design 10+ years of UAE/GCC experience in Interior Fit-Out. Strong experience in commercial, hospitality, residential and luxury fit-out projects. Excellent knowledge of joinery, finishes, MEP coordination and authority approvals. Experience managing consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. PMP certification is an advantage.
