Projects Manager – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery (UAE)

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with extensive UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out & Joinery to lead high-end commercial, hospitality, F&B, retail, and residential projects from award through successful handover. Key Responsibilities • Manage projects from contract award to final handover. • Prepare and monitor project execution plans and construction schedules. • Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities. • Manage project budget, procurement, cash flow, and cost control. • Monitor quality, HSE compliance, and project progress. • Lead project meetings and prepare weekly/monthly reports. • Review shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, MIRs, and WIRs. • Manage project risks, variations, extension of time (EOT), and contractual issues. • Ensure successful testing, commissioning, snagging, and DLP close-out. • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. • Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out & Joinery. • Experience delivering projects valued above AED 10 Million. • Strong knowledge of joinery production and installation. • Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, commercial offices, and luxury residential projects. • Excellent leadership and client management skills. • UAE Driving License. Preferred Qualifications • PMP Certification. • Primavera P6 knowledge. • Contract administration experience. • Ability to manage multiple fast-track projects.
