Job description

Must have 12 to 15 years of experience in managing ELV and building services projects, from design coordination through to testing, commissioning and handover. Must be able to lead the project team, manage the Client, Contractors and Consultants, and chair review and progress meetings. Candidate must understand AV, Security and ICT systems, Shop Drawings, project programmes, budgets and variation management. Must have UAE valid driving license and will to travel within GCC and other countries. Managing Hotels projects will be an add-on.
