Job Title: Project Manager Construction Job Posting Date: 04 October 2026 Location: Qatar Industry: Building Construction Nationality: Arab Joining: Within 1 Month Key Responsibilities • Lead construction projects from initial planning through final handover. • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies. • Coordinate government approvals, permits, and statutory requirements. • Manage project execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities. • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones. • Manage project resources, manpower, materials, and equipment. • Monitor project costs and implement effective cost-control measures. • Identify project risks, delays, and technical or commercial challenges and implement corrective actions. • Ensure construction activities comply with quality, safety, and contractual requirements. • Conduct regular project progress meetings and provide management reports. • Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and completion activities. • Manage snagging, rectification, and close-out activities. • Ensure proper documentation and project records are maintained. • Lead the final completion, handover, and close-out process. • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry . • Strong full-cycle construction project experience , covering: Project planning Government approvals Project execution Coordination Completion Final handover • Strong leadership and project management capabilities. • Excellent stakeholder and contractor management skills. • Strong knowledge of construction processes, schedules, budgets, and project controls. • Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Arab nationality is mandatory. • Residential project experience is preferred.
