Manager Projects

• Helping the estimation team for preparing & finalization Quotations • Highly negotiation skills for finalization of Projects • Manage multiple projects from planning to final handover. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. • Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, procurement, and budgets. • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. • Control project costs, variations, wastage, and profitability. • Identify delays, resolve technical issues, and monitor progress through site visits. • Manage snagging, defect rectification, and final handover. • Lead project teams and prepare progress and cost reports. • Degree/Master Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Project Management. • Proven experience in joinery, fit-out, Turnkey projects • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. • Strong knowledge of production, fabrication, installation, planning, and cost control. • Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Timely project completion within budget. • Project profitability and cost control. • Quality workmanship and client satisfaction. • Efficient utilization of manpower and materials. • Minimum delays, rework, and wastage. • Interested candidates may share their CV along with details of their relevant project experience and expected salary
