Project Engineer -Saudi Nationals only (Fit-Out & Interior Design)

Industry: Fit-Out & Interior Design Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Experience: 1–3 Years Nationality: Saudi National Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer (Saudi Nationals) for an established interior fit-out and construction company operating across Saudi Arabia and the UAE to support the planning, coordination and execution of fit-out and interior design projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, design teams, consultants, contractors and site personnel to ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines. The company specializes in turnkey interior projects across hospitality, retail, restaurants and commercial offices, covering design coordination, engineering, MEP, construction and finishing works. Salary: Upto 12000 SAR + Medical insurance Nationality- Saudi Arabian Nationals Location- Riyadh Key Responsibilities • Assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring day-to-day project activities. • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, civil, structural and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Review project drawings, technical specifications, material submittals and method statements. • Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project schedules. • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and other project stakeholders. • Support the preparation of project schedules, progress reports, site records and documentation. • Identify site issues, technical discrepancies and potential delays, and escalate them to the project manager. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality and compliance with project requirements. • Assist with material procurement, delivery coordination and resource planning. • Ensure compliance with project safety requirements, applicable regulations and company procedures. • Support snagging, defect rectification, testing and final project handover. Candidate Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline. • 1–3 years of relevant experience in project engineering, construction, fit-out or interior design projects. • Basic understanding of construction drawings, project coordination and site execution. • Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel and project scheduling tools; MS Project knowledge is an advantage. • Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. • Fluency in both Arabic and English. • Must be a Saudi national and currently based in Riyadh. • Immediate availability is preferred.
