Fit Out Project Manager

Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations. • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources using tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project . • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to address delays or quality issues. • Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), safety standards (ISO 45001), and client-specific requirements. • Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. • Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and material approvals. • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and solutions. • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals. • Implement sustainability practices in line with Mostadam and LEED standards where applicable. • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Working Conditions • Based in Riyadh, with frequent visits to project sites. • Combination of office and on-site work environments. • Exposure to construction site conditions, requiring the use of PPE . • Standard working hours with occasional extended hours to meet project deadlines. • Regional travel may be required for client meetings or site inspections.
