Project Engineer – Pool Division

Key Responsibilities • Manage the execution of multiple swimming pool, plunge pool, spa, fountain, and water feature projects. • Coordinate daily site activities with Site Engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents before execution. • Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, company standards, and HSE requirements. • Monitor project costs, material usage, manpower, and productivity. • Review and approve material requests, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals. • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and resolve technical issues. • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management. • Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover. • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, NCRs, inspection requests, and as-built drawings. • Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to minimize delays. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain excellent client relationships. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project execution. • At least 3 years of experience in swimming pool, water feature, fountain, or landscape construction . • UAE or GCC experience is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of: • Swimming pool construction • Pool hydraulic systems • Waterproofing systems • Filtration and circulation systems • Pool MEP works • Civil and finishing works • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project (Primavera is an advantage). • Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory . Preferred Qualifications • Experience delivering luxury villa, hospitality, or commercial swimming pool projects. • Knowledge of UAE authority requirements and construction standards. • PMP certification is an advantage.
