Project Engineer

• Monitor and coordinate daily site activities and project progress. • Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Review drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and technical documents. • Coordinate between the Client, Consultants, Contractors, and Subcontractors. • Monitor contractor progress, programme, and outstanding works. • Identify and report technical issues, delays, risks, and non-conformities. • Follow up on inspections, testing, snagging, and corrective works. • Attend project meetings and prepare site reports, minutes, and action trackers. • Maintain accurate project documentation and records. • Support the Project Manager with technical, contractual, and day-to-day project matters. • At least 2 years of proven experience managing projects valued at over 20 million AED in the UAE • Extensive background within fit-outs, renowned design studios, or consulting firms • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture from an accredited institution • Proficiency in creating submittals and managing document control • Ability to lead and coordinate with diverse teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving abilities • Fluency in English is required • Own a car • Based in the UAE
