• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated Project Master Programmes covering the complete project lifecycle from project inception through final handover.
• Prepare strategic master development programmes during project feasibility and pre-contract stages.
• Develop baseline schedules, recovery programmes, and revised project schedules using Primavera P6 .
• Integrate design deliverables, including Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, and IFC stages, into the overall project programme.
• Coordinate programme timelines with design consultants, contractors, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.
• Plan and monitor statutory authority approvals, building permits, and utility approval milestones.
• Prepare and manage procurement schedules, tender programmes, contract award timelines, and long-lead material procurement plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify critical path activities, schedule risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Conduct delay analysis, schedule impact assessments, and programme recovery planning.
• Prepare executive dashboards, KPI reports, milestone reports, and management presentations.
• Ensure programme alignment across development, design, procurement, and construction phases.
• Support project governance by providing accurate planning, reporting, and programme control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure timely project delivery and achievement of key milestones.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 5–12+ years of experience in project planning and programme management within the construction or real estate industry.
• Proven experience preparing and managing Project Master Programmes for large-scale developments.
• Strong experience in pre-contract planning , development planning, and design-stage project scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and project controls methodologies.
• Experience coordinating Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, and IFC design deliverables.
• Strong understanding of statutory authority approvals, building permits, and regulatory processes.
• Experience in procurement planning, tender scheduling, and contract award programmes.
• Proven experience working with Real Estate Developers, Project Management Consultants (PMC), or Design Consultancy firms .
• Experience delivering hospitality, residential, commercial, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques, critical path analysis, delay analysis, and recovery planning.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
• Ability to prepare executive-level programme reports and dashboards for senior management.
• PMP, PSP, or Primavera P6 Certification will be an added advantage.
