Project Engineer

• Manage the day-to-day execution of construction projects from mobilization through handover. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery. • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress, ensuring adherence to approved timelines and cost targets. • Review construction drawings, technical specifications, residential and retail drawings, material submittals, and method statements. • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and HSE safety regulations. • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns. • Track contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met. • Coordinate inspections, testing, authority approvals, and project handover documentation. • Prepare progress reports, project updates, and management presentations. • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, RTA, DEWA, and other relevant authority requirements. • Support the Project Manager in project planning, procurement coordination, and contract administration. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory. Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer with a leading real estate developer in Dubai. • Proven experience managing high-rise residential, commercial properties, shopping mall, villa complexes, or mixed-use developments. • Strong understanding of the UAE construction industry, local regulations, and authority approval processes. • Proficient in AutoCAD
