Project Control Manager

• Lead project controls activities, including planning, scheduling, cost control and progress reporting. • Establish and maintain project control procedures, WBS and baseline schedules. • Review and manage Level 1 to Level 4 schedules using Primavera P6. • Monitor project budgets, costs and schedules, providing forecasts and corrective actions. • Manage change control, variation orders, risk registers and schedule risk analysis. • Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and subcontractor schedules. • Present project performance updates to client management teams. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. • Minimum 15 years of experience in project controls. • Extensive experience in major onshore Oil & Gas EPC projects. • Previous ADNOC project experience is mandatory. • Previous ADNOC approval as Project Control Manager or in a similar position is highly advantageous. • Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, cost control and Earned Value Management (EVM). • PMP, AACE CCP, PSP or PMI-SP certification is an advantage. • Excellent English communication skills. Arabic or Chinese is an advantage. • CICPA/security pass required. • Attested degree certificate required.
