### **General Information** Ref \# 235175 Location Qatar\-Doha Job family Not Specified * Closing Date: 2026\-08\-20 ### **Description** **Job Purpose** Working across an assigned portfolio of divisional and departmental PMO teams, this role owns the integrity of the value case from baseline to booked benefit: challenging assumptions at initiation, protecting value through execution, validating realisation with Business Finance, and intervening where value is at risk. The role maintains close collaboration with Corporate Development, Transformation and Process Excellence to ensure initiatives are integrated, non\-duplicative, and additive to Group performance. **Job Responsibilities** **Strategic** * Assist in establishing and governing the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) as a central oversight function for QR Group programmes, ensuring structured execution and governance. * Position the EPMO team as the “go\-to” business partner for the assigned portfolio of departments and divisions, supporting them in implementing, measuring, and improving their plans and the associated benefits (KPIs, OKRs). **Operational** Drive adoption of EPMO tools and maintain a single source of truth for portfolio and benefits reporting. * Define, maintain, and continuously enhance Group\-wide project, programme, and portfolio management standards, frameworks, and governance methodologies. * Drive the adoption of consistent project delivery practices, tools, templates, and reporting across all divisions and departments. * Manage stage\-gate reviews to ensure initiatives have sufficient evidence and value justification before progressing. * Lead the ongoing improvement of PMO maturity across the organisation, embedding best practices in planning, governance, benefits management, risk management, and reporting. * Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department **Stakeholder Management** * Act as a program management partner for involved Heads of Department, providing tools and resources * for project status, risks, and issues, involving the Transformation business partners as appropriate. * Lead internal engagement and integrated road mapping initiatives, embedding program management as an integral part of business\-as\-usual operations. * Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met through effective communication and collaboration. **Be part of an extraordinary story** Your skills. Together, everything is possible. ### **Qualification** **About You** Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with minimum 8 years of experience of job related role § Strong command of English language, expert in effective communication and presentation § Managerial skills \- Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and § coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team § members. § Experience in enterprise program management, project governance, and leadership reporting within medium\-large multinational organizations. § Proven track record of leading large\-scale programs or projects with significant scope and leadership § Strong understanding of financial principles related to project/program budgeting. § Stakeholder management expertise matured in complex multi\-cultural organizations. **About Qatar Airways Group** Our story started with four aircraft.
