Program Director

We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead the end-to-end delivery, governance, and strategic execution of a large-scale loyalty programme, ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and successful programme outcomes. This is a full-time position based in Qatar. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage) • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in loyalty programmes, digital platforms, customer engagement, or complex multi-stakeholder environments • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or strategic programmes from planning through execution • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders • Strong understanding of programme governance, financial management, procurement, and operational delivery • Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent are highly preferred • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES • Expertise in programme governance, strategic planning, and enterprise-level delivery management • Capable of leading multidisciplinary teams while driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement • Adept at managing programme budgets, commercial agreements, procurement activities, and resource planning • Experience overseeing risk management, compliance, quality assurance, and operational controls • Proficiency in executive stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration • Effective decision-making with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational execution • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and presentation capabilities .
