Support the development of new funds, SMAs and other bespoke private market investment solutions for institutional clients Work closely with quantitative and investment teams to understand client objectives and help translate these into appropriate portfolio and product solutions Bring together input from across the firm's private markets capabilities, including private equity, private credit, real assets and other alternative investment strategies Coordinate across multiple internal teams to develop the content and materials required to bring new products and solutions to market Translate complex portfolio construction, investment and quantitative analysis into clear and commercially relevant messaging Partner closely with the Investment Engagement team, equipping them with the product knowledge and materials needed for discussions with institutional investors Develop high-quality presentations and product materials, with responsibility for the underlying investment content and narrative rather than presentation design Help explain sophisticated investment solutions clearly to clients with different levels of investment expertise
Experience within private markets or a broader asset management platform Strong exposure to alternative investments, whether through product, investment strategy, portfolio construction, investment analysis or a related role Experience within a leading alternative investment manager, GP or large institutional asset manager would be particularly relevant Strong analytical and numerical capability the role does not require a quantitative specialist, but candidates must be comfortable working closely with quantitative teams and understanding portfolio construction and investment analysis Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across investment, quantitative and client-facing teams A combination of strong IQ and EQ, with the confidence to engage with technical colleagues while communicating sophisticated ideas in a straightforward way Willingness to be based full time in Abu Dhabi
