We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Product Manager with at least 5 years of hands-on experience and a solid IT/Technical background. In this end-to-end role, you will bridge the gap between engineering, product strategy, and marketing. You will lead the product through its entire development lifecycle working directly with engineering teams to build robust solutions and spearhead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to drive product positioning, launch, and growth. Key Responsibilities
• Product Strategy & Technical Leadership Define the product vision, roadmap, and core feature requirements based on market research and user feedback. Work closely with software developers, architects, and QA teams to oversee the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Translate business goals into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, and manage technical trade-offs to ensure timely delivery.
• Marketing & Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution Own the complete marketing side of the product post-development, including product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies. Collaborate with growth, content, and sales teams to create compelling GTM campaigns and enablement materials. Track product adoption, conversion funnels, and key user retention metrics to continuously optimize marketing efforts. Gather competitive intelligence and user insights to continuously refine the value proposition.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Owner. Background: Strong IT / Computer Science / Engineering background (e.g., Degree in CS/IT, or prior experience as a Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, or Technical Lead). Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, API architectures, cloud infrastructure, and modern software stacks.* Marketing & GTM Skills: Proven track record of successfully launching tech products, crafting marketing narratives, and managing user acquisition metrics. Tools: Proficiency with product management and tracking tools and analytics platforms. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
