Position: Product Manager Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead banking product initiatives, with a strong focus on cards and payments. The role will manage product priorities from business case development through delivery and performance monitoring. Responsibilities: Manage product initiatives end-to-end, from assessment and planning through implementation and performance review. Develop comprehensive business cases, including financial analysis and commercial assessment. Prepare clear, professional, management-level presentations and recommendations. Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to support delivery. Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement. Requirements: Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within banking or financial services Strong knowledge of banking products, particularly cards and payments. Demonstrated ability to build financial and commercial business cases. Strong presentation, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
